setting the game foundation

I’ve just started working on this. It uses custom rules which I’ve heard complaints about, but it’s very difficult to make a setting that incorporates what I want well using a published set without considerable rules alterations.

This is a D10 system with a lethal combat system. The magic system for now uses the D20 spells as a base, but I may change that if I can get something smoother set up (I like the D6 magic system but it is too easy to loophole it for super-wizards).
